Kick off your Monday morning right with this funky, energetic song by Che-Val that we are debuting this week on the "What's on my iPod" show at 5 PM ET (2 PM PT). "My Beat" is totally 80s and totally current all at the same time. The vocals are vibrant and the instrumentalists hit it out of the park - especially the great sax solo.
